The Perfect example, Human not Machines

Yesterday Roy Halladay was on the mound and showed that players are human and not machines! People played the Phillies and lost a lot of juice, with the better pitcher and team losing rather easily. Roy couldn't bare the heat, as anyone of us might not deal with such heat. He looked average at best and only lasted 4 innings. That was his shortest outing in years. It turns out that he gives up almost 2 runs a start more in the heat then at any other time. This proved that these guys are human and you can't just plug them in and the same guy will show up every time. The weak handicapper will cry foul here a say fix. Nope, it was just to hot. Little situations like this happen everyday and your job as a winning player is to find these nuggets before the game is played.
